Most of the visitors were there for the games.

But there were also many people who went there mainly for photography.

Photographers queued up orderly to photograph the cosplayers.

But when the cosplayers were tired and were going to take a break, they would ask us to crowd around for a mass final photoshoot. At this time, it was pure chaos and to get a good shot, I was like fighting a war.

The showgirls and models were also highlights of the event.

There was also a promotion of the new 「龍が如く4」, where you get to play a yakuza role at Shinjuku District, Tokyo. SEGA invited some models, including the adult actress Rio, for this promotion. More about the game at Wiki

Hatsune Miku (初音ミク) is one of the most popular characters in the anime world now. Who is she? She is part of Vocaloid, a digital voice synthesizer developed by Yamaha. Just key in melody and lyrics into the software and Miku sings for you!! For more, check out wiki or simply look up on youtube.. here's a sample

It was a long day. Ansley and I reached there at 10:30am and I stayed all the way till 5:00pm (Ansley left first). There were so many photographers that I had to battle to take good shots of the prettier ones. In the end...I am pretty satisfied with the pics, so I can say that my hard work paid off well.

(Warning to all!) Transcend SD cards are cheap but spoil damn easily!! Luckily my 8G Class 6 Transcend broke down just before my shooting spree at Tokyo Game Show. If it had gone down after all the battles, I would be swearing and cursing all gods and deities in heaven and hell. An advice : Do not buy Transcend!!
